Ok apparently I am not very good at keeping this blog up. I really need to get better about it.
Life in the last couple of months has really for the most part been mundane routine. Mr S. was laid off from his job in early May and just got the call back last week. He went back to work this Monday. I have been working regular 2nd shift hours (3-11) this summer instead of my 11am-7pm shift so my whole day has been kind of messed up.
Work for me has been steady, not a ton of overitme but no fears about lay-offs or anything like that either.
Last summer at this time as many of my followers know I was in the home stretch on wedding plans and getting those last details in place and take care of. This summer has been so much more laid back and restful.I can hardly believe that we are a just over a month from having been married a year.
Most people say the 1st year married is the hardest but really for us it hasn't been all that bad at all. Maybe its that fact that we have been together for almost 8 years already.
Well thats about all I feel like typing for now. Hopefully it won't be 3 months before I post again.
